• Wall panels of EPS 250 SE 60mm + PU sheet 10mm
• Bulkhead panels of EPS 250 SE 60mm + PU sheet 10mm
• Ceiling panels of EPS 250 SE 60mm + PU sheet 10mm
• Door panels of EPS 250 SE approx. 150mm + PU sheet 10mm
• Sealing and smoothing around seams
• Application of adhesion primer (epoxy-based)
• Fully plastic coating to create a seamless space, floor is misted for anti-slip
• Spraying of topcoat in white color
• Ceiling equipped with LED ceiling light(s)
• Entry equipped with integrated stainless steel threshold

With the above treatment, you provide your van with a custom-made, seamlessly insulated, and plastic-protected cargo space that easily passes an MOT inspection. Such an insulated vehicle can be quickly converted into a refrigerated vehicle by installing a cooling unit.
 

* The PU sheet we use is made from 100% recycled sheet material. It is extremely light, has a high insulation value, and does not absorb moisture.
