The process of a turbo liner

The Process Behind the Turbo Liner® Polyurea Coating

Effective cargo space protection starts with a professional process. At Turbo Liner®, we believe that long-lasting protection depends on proper preparation, high-quality materials, and flawless application. Our polyurea coating is applied in several precise steps, delivering a result that stands the test of time.

Everything begins with thorough surface preparation. The vehicle’s cargo area is completely cleaned and sanded to ensure optimal adhesion. Any areas that are not to be coated are carefully masked. Next, the surface is degreased and made dust-free.

Then the Turbo Liner® coating is applied using a specialized heated spray gun. The coating consists of two components that are mixed under high pressure and temperature. Just seconds after application, the polyurea material begins to cure. This creates a seamless, wear-resistant, and waterproof layer that fully bonds to the surface.

What makes polyurea unique is its extremely fast curing time and incredible durability. The coating becomes walkable within minutes and fully cured within 24 hours. No cracks, no peeling — just a smooth, long-lasting, anti-slip finish.

The Turbo Liner® coating is resistant to heavy use, chemicals, moisture, UV radiation, and temperature fluctuations. It not only protects against damage but also prevents rust and significantly extends the life of the vehicle.

Whether you're working with pick-ups, trailers, commercial vans, or specialty vehicles, Turbo Liner® provides your cargo area with a protective layer that can handle your daily demands.
