Turbo Liner® HOTSPRAY TECHNIQUE

The product Turbo Liner® is a sprayed plastic coating. To be precise, a polyurea.

Polyurea coating consists of 2 components which are separately pumped through a hose to a distribution machine. From this machine, they are directed under high pressure (over 160 bar) and high temperature (more than 70 degrees) to a spray gun. At the moment the trigger of this gun is pulled, the components are compressed together and react immediately with each other.

These 2 components are fond of each other. Love at first sight. Cross-linking occurs immediately. A network is formed; one large molecule! It is not rock hard, but the connection between them is simply extremely strong. With a super tough material as the end result.

We have a pot life of 3 to 5 seconds. In other words, the polyurea is almost immediately hard when it comes out of the spray gun. The sprayed surface is even immediately usable!

NOTE: Polyurea cannot be processed without professional 2-component spray equipment, specialized protective gear, and certified spray booths.
