OPEN CARGO BED TREATMENT
Polyurea has the capacity to resist wear on the loading beds much longer than any other product. Such a durable coating directly saves costs. Our hotspray system is therefore extremely wear-resistant and resistant to extreme external influences and many types of chemicals.

Turbo Liner®’s sprayed plastic coating provides your open cargo bed with durable water- and airtight protection. After we have blasted the bed, the sprayed coating will have a permanent bond with the substrate, protecting the cargo bed against rust, corrosion, and wear. The unique flexible, textured plastic is easy to keep clean. The coating will not crack, break, or wear out. Even under the most severe conditions or bizarre circumstances. And the anti-slip texture will prevent the load from sliding.

Performances
There is a choice of three options. The most common Turbo Liner® option is treating the bed, the inside of the tailgate, and the top edges. However, in some pickups, the inside of the tailgate is already equipped with a factory-installed plate or plastic cover. It also happens that it is not necessary to coat the top edges, for example, due to the rails of a tonneau cover or hardtop. Click on the image of the respective version to request a quote for this.
