An increasingly common application of Turbo Liner® is the refrigerated truck. Therefore, we have developed a special package: Turbo Liner® ZERO.
Turbo Liner® ZERO is the perfect foundation for expertly converting a vehicle into a refrigerated van. This insulation package is different from all other conversion kits. A cleverly cold bridge interrupting EPS package bonded with lightweight and water-repellent sheet material that is treated from top to bottom with a layer of seamless and wear-resistant Turbo Liner® plastic. Of course, everything is also finished to a high standard and luxuriously to create the ultimate insulated cargo space.
The development of the Turbo Liner® ZERO package was quite a challenge. However, we are now convinced that we have a unique concept. Unlike other cooling packages, we do not use polyester, which means it cannot tear or break. Additionally, we manage everything in-house, and there is no need for kits to be imported from Eastern Europe that require the use of harmful substances.
For clarity, we have also mentioned below some amateurish insulation methods such as wooden paneling with insulation foil, rock wool, or spray foam behind it, but these are not to be taken seriously.

There is a choice of three options. The most common Turbo Liner® option is treating the bed, the inside of the tailgate, and the top edges. However, in some pickups, the inside of the tailgate is already equipped with a factory-installed plate or plastic cap. It also happens that it is not necessary to coat the top edges, for example, due to the rails of a tonneau cover or hardtop. Click on the image of the respective version to request a quote for it.
